The War On Cancer

1 Sep 2009During his State of the Union address in January 1971, Richard Nixon declared war on cancer. Here is what he said:
“The time has come in America when the same kind of concentrated effort that split the atom and took man to the moon should be turned toward conquering this dreaded disease. Let us make a total national commitment to achieve this goal.”
President Nixon followed through on his promise and signed the National Cancer Act on December 23, 1971. What started out as a noble cause has obviously lost its focus over the years.

27 Aug 2009I wish I had more time to dedicate to this blog, because it continues to be a never-ending source of amazement for me. Just when you think the world has gone crazy and nobody cares, along comes another example of human kindness.
I had a call a couple of weeks ago from a woman that desperately wanted a water ionizer to help combat her husband’s lymphoma. I receive a lot of inquiries about source water. People get concerned about contaminants in their water, because they hear about problems in the news, or read about water issues on the internet. Some of the fears that I hear are unfounded, while others are open to debate. 30 Jul 2009It strikes me as ironic that the great stories that I have the privilege to write about come at the expense of others who have suffered through various forms of illness. While this blog is dedicated to educating others about the incredible benefits of drinking water, it is the stories of those who have faced and overcome difficult or even life threatening diseases that provide the real hope to others.

Two Things that Bother me about Multi Level Marketing and Ionized Water.

This site is all about providing information, so I don’t get involved in touting or bashing companies or brands.
Let me begin by saying that a Multi Level Marketing company has done an admirable job of creating interest in ionized water during the past three years, and that is a good thing in my books.
The MLM company even has a decent machine. They purchased the rights to a line of ionizers produced by a well respected manufacturer from Japan and began marketing in September 2004.

After experiencing the life changing effects of drinking Alkaline Ionized Water on my arthritis, and eliminating my acid reflux, I felt obligated to share my story with others. It turns out that reducing the level of acid in your body can be life changing for everyone, not just me. To my great surprise, many people are contacting me to share their stories of how ionized water is helping them in different ways.
