If you are reading this, you are probably aware of the great work that is being done by people like Dr. Robert Young and Tony Robbins and others in regards to providing information about the importance of eating an alkaline diet. The authors are doing a wonderful job of informing the world (or those that choose to be informed) that Americans are eating their way to various different diseases and sickness. For example, the explosion in the number of cases of stage 2 diabetes is reaching near epidemic proportions in North… Continue reading
In order to lose weight effectively you have to be mindful of how much acid you consume. The body creates fat in order to trap and neutralize acid. So, if your diet consists of lots of meats, grains, tea, coffee, soft drinks and even acidic water, your body needs fat in order to stay alive! You won’t lose weight like you want no matter how much you work out!
If you’re like most people trying to lose weight, you’ve reduced your portion size or reduced calories – but if the… Continue reading

The quality of your drinking water is more than just its purity. In fact, completely pure water, created by reverse osmosis filtration, leaves water stripped of all its essential trace minerals, not to mention oxygen, and worst of all the water is acidic, meaning it oxidizes what it comes in contact with.
Oxidation is another word for rusting. When you put acidic water on metal, it will rust that metal. Inside your body a similar process happens where your own body’s nutrients and minerals are absorbed by the acid water… Continue reading

It drives me crazy when I review water ionizer websites that claim that their machines are far superior to their competitor’s machines. They also seem to revel in bashing the competition. Why would anyone want to do this? All it does is confuse potential buyers and make the company look really stupid. The pharmaceutical industry must just be sitting back and chuckling at the ridiculous behavior of the participants in the water ionizer industry.
Bashing other companies or products in order to make your product look good by comparison is… Continue reading
Studies have indicated that having acid reflux will not shorten your life expectancy, but it sure can make your life miserable.
Heartburn sufferers typically purchase over the counter products such as Tums or Rolaids or Gaviscon. Those products are basically calcium tablets and the relief that they provide is temporary, but any relief is welcome when an attack takes place. If the number or intensity of occurrences of heartburn increases, people typically end up at their doctor’s office to find a better solution. Doctors typically prescribe drugs such as Pantoloc, which is a calcium blocker which inhibits the amount… Continue reading
Millions of people suffer with arthritis, and many billions of dollars are spent each year battling the disease. Given the widespread occurrence of arthritis, and the cost of dealing with it in terms of suffering and money, it boggles my mind that there are so few people who are aware that alkaline ionized water will get rid of arthritis quickly, and naturally without any side effects.
I had been suffering with osteoarthritis for years, and it was getting worse over time. I have been very active with sports all my life with sports, and I have owned a construction… Continue reading

6 Apr 2009Health issues used to be virtually the sole domain of doctors (especially in my house where my Dad was a doctor). Nowadays, people are slowly coming to understand that the best approach to health care is through self care. We all know by now that you are what we eat (as a former Big Mac, I would like to send out a special hello to my fellow drive through addicts). Unfortunately, knowing the facts and doing something about it is very different. Anybody that has found this blog is probably already aware that diseases thrive in an acidic environment, and can’t… Continue reading
