Joint Pain – – Jami

Jami has been a hairdresser for 30 years.  All that standing has taken it’s toll, and despite a lifestyle built around a very healthy diet, whole food supplements and exercise, she still developed daily joint pain.  It hurt to lay in bed after a while and the morning’s were particularly difficult as the body woke up.

Within the 1st week, she felt a large boost of energy and realized she didn’t need to rest or nap in the afternoon like she had been doing.  She felt invigorated.

By the 2nd week, all joint pain was gone and she felt great.  She stopped drinking the water for 3 days, just to be sure, and within 48 hours the pain and sluggishness came back.
