The "differences" that the public is made aware of are predominantly the product of the marketing people. You might want to try an antioxidant filter (non-electric water ionizer) because the hardness of your well water won't affect the machine. Hard water plays havoc with electric water ionizers. Type II diabetes could be completely eliminated in 6 months to a year if people would consume an alkaline diet (including alklaine water), get half an hour of exercise per day, and reduce their levels of stress. The "cure" is available to everyone. Where do you live? If it is in Canada or the USA, Australia, Asia, or Europe, it should be fairly simple to find a dealer that will let you sample the water. If you don't have someone nearby to share the water, I would suggest you try a hydrogen stick (available on the internet from $29 to $79) or an antioxidant filter (available on the internet for $329 to $499).
