Fibromyalgia is a pain…..literally.  It has been described to me by sufferers as “arthritis on steroids”.  The disease is not a killer, but it certainly makes life miserable for the six million people suffering from the disease in America.

Susan C. Eiguren, NC, provides a simple and good description of fibromyalgia and why it seems to “move around and cause pain everywhere” as follows:

” “Fibro” means connective tissue and “myalgia” means muscle pain. So fibromyalgia is a painful condition affecting the connective tissues of our muscles. If you… Continue reading

There is a tremendous amount of information about water ionizers on the internet.  Most of what you read is marketing hype, and virtually all of the “good stuff” is borrowed from others.  There is very little original material, and there are only a handful of people that I have found that actually have something useful to contribute.

The health industry focuses on the importance of the benefits of being alkaline (pH over 7.0) because disease can’t exist in an alkaline environment.

pH is the measure of the acidity… Continue reading

My research into the benefits of ionized water in regards to helping cancer patients lead me to start blogging about  water.   I don’t know how people find this blog, but they do.  As a result, I continue to hear from more and more people with cancer.  While cancer may have not reached epidemic levels yet, the number of people diagnosed or living with cancer is alarming.  This is an inspiring story about a man who had been diagnosed with terminal prostate cancer and used ionized water to beat the disease and improve his overall health. This story was referred to me… Continue reading

What are they afraid of?  Do you think that they might be concerned that if we eat properly and hydrate adequately, the need for pharmaceutical drugs will plummet like they did in Japan before the water ionizer industry was forced to shut down advertising for two years?

This article addresses a truly pathetic internet effort to discredit alkaline water.  The… Continue reading

About this blog

My name is Rob Thomas. I’m 53 years old, retired, and I live in a small town near Toronto, Canada

This blog morphed into something far greater than it was ever intended, as others began to share their experiences... learn more about me
